Return & Exchange Policy

Request Submission Process
• A return or exchange request must be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receiving the order through the Return Request feature on the online store.
• The customer must inspect the order immediately upon receipt and ensure it matches the order details.
• Only one return request is allowed per order.


Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The product must be in its original condition, including all original tags and accessories.
• The request must be submitted within the specified time frame.


Eligible Cases
• In the event of a store error or a verified manufacturing defect, the store will bear all associated costs, with no charges imposed on the customer.


Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges are not applicable to the following items:
• Underwear.
• Socks.
• Sports bras.
• Robes.
• Towels.
• Cups.
• Products sold under promotions or discounts (Final Sale).


Change of Mind / Size / Color
• If the request is due to a change of mind, size, or color, the customer bears the shipping costs.
• Restocking fees will be applied in accordance with the approved policy.


Inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Return or exchange requests must be submitted through the Return Request feature on the online store.
• The customer bears shipping costs as per the approved policy.
• Returned products will be inspected within one business day of receipt to verify compliance with return conditions.
• Upon approval, the replacement product will be shipped or the refund process will be completed based on the request type.
• If the product does not meet return conditions, restocking fees will be applied.


Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• After approval of the return or exchange request, the customer will be provided with return instructions and the shipping address via the store or the registered email.
• Returns must be shipped via the carrier designated for the destination country.
• The customer is responsible for delivering the package to the shipping carrier according to the provided instructions.
• Returned items will be inspected within one business day from the date of receipt.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country at the actual shipping cost, plus any applicable taxes or duties, if any.
• The customer bears all such costs if the request is due to personal preference, and restocking fees will apply.


Incorrect Address or Contact Information
• If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, the customer bears all shipping and reshipping costs.
• The order will not be reshipped until all applicable fees are paid.
• The store is not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect customer information.
• Restocking fees will apply if the shipment is returned.


Failure to Receive the Order
• If the customer fails to receive the order or does not respond to the shipping carrier’s contact attempts, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse.
• The customer bears all reshipping costs.
• The order will not be reshipped until shipping fees are paid again.
• Restocking fees will apply.
• The store is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s failure to respond.


Return of Non-Compliant Products
• If a returned product is damaged, used, washed, or does not meet the approved return conditions, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
• Restocking fees will apply.
• The store reserves the right to refuse the return or dispose of the product if it is not suitable for resale.


Order Cancellation After Shipment
• If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total order value.
• The customer bears all shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Refunds
• Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the returned package.
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after final approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• After applying restocking fees, the amount will be deducted from the refundable balance.
If the full amount is exhausted, the customer is not entitled to any refund.


Shipping Fees

Inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
• A fixed shipping fee of 49 SAR.
• For returns: the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• For exchanges: the shipping fee must be paid before the replacement shipment is sent.

Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
• Shipping fees vary by destination country and are calculated at the actual shipping cost, plus any applicable taxes or duties, if any.


Restocking Fees (Per Day of Delay)
• Saudi Arabia: 15 SAR per day.
• United States: USD 10 per day.
• Europe: EUR 15 per day.
• United Kingdom: GBP 15 per day.
• Rest of the world: USD 15 per day.

If the customer is unable to submit a return or exchange request through the online store, they may contact the store via the registered email address.
